Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, it has not been used or worn, its product tags have not been removed, and the product must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept products that are sent back to us without a return request. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, so that I can assess the problem and fix it.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Some products cannot be returned. These include underwear, swimwear including bikinis, customized products (such as special orders or personalized products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

Unfortunately, promotional products or gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and purchase a new product once the return has been approved.

 

European Union 14-Day Right of Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been used or worn, has not had any tags removed and is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know whether we approve the refund. If your refund is approved, your money will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and deposit it into your account.
